Please note: The white bits on your design will be transparent.

How do I place an order for stickers?
Placing an order is easy! You can:
Choose the type and quantity (per meter) of stickers you want.
Upload your artwork/design directly on our website or use a service like WeTransfer/Fromsmash.
Select your preferred size of your sticker, material, and finish (matte, glossy, etc.).
Complete payment and submit your order.
If you prefer to discuss your project or need assistance with design, feel free to contact us by phone or email.
What file formats do we accept?
We accept the following file formats for your artwork:
PDF | PNG (with transparent background) | JPEG
For best results, we recommend submitting high-resolution files (300 DPI) to ensure your stickers come out sharp and clear. If you’re unsure about your design, we can help you prepare it for printing.
Can I request custom shapes for my stickers?
Absolutely! We offer custom cut stickers, so you can request any shape you like. Just upload your design in the shape you want, and we’ll cut it accordingly. If you need help with designing a custom shape, feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order for custom stickers is one (1) running meter per design type. Meaning we fit as many stickers into 1 running meter as possible. This ensures minumum wastage of materials and you get more stickers for less money. For bulk orders, we offer discounts. We also do smaller runs but unfortunately not at a discounted price. Please get in touch to discuss your needs.
What materials do you use for printing stickers?
We use high-quality vinyl for our stickers. Our vinyl stickers are waterproof and scratch-resistant, making them perfect for outdoor use. We offer matte and gloss finishes, depending on your preferences.
Matte Finish: A smooth, non-reflective surface that gives your stickers a more subdued and professional look.
It’s great for designs with text or detailed artwork.
Glossy Finish: A shiny, reflective surface that makes colours appear more vibrant and bold. It’s ideal for designs that need to stand out with a bit more shine.
Both finishes are durable, but your choice depends on the look and feel you want for your stickers.
What is a Kiss-Cut?
Kiss-Cut Stickers are cut only through the top layer of the sticker material (the vinyl), leaving the backing paper intact. This means the sticker is cut to shape, but there’s extra backing material around it—like a sticker placed within a larger square or rectangle. Kiss-cuts are ideal when you want added protection around the edges or when including multiple stickers on a single sheet. They also make peeling and sticking much easier!
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes! Our vinyl stickers are waterproof and designed for both indoor and outdoor use. They’re perfect for sticking to water bottles, cars, windows, and more. However, to maintain the integrity of the print, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals or excessive scrubbing.
How do I store my stickers?
To ensure the longevity of your stickers, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This will help maintain their color vibrancy and adhesive strength.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders! The more you order, the more you save. For large orders or custom requests, please reach out to us directly for a personalised quote.
How long will it take to receive my stickers?
The turnaround time for sticker printing generally takes 1-5 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your order. If you need your stickers faster, we offer rush processing for an additional fee. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
How can I track my sticker order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your stickers all the way to your door. If you haven’t received tracking information, please contact us, and we’ll get you updated.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?
We take great care in ensuring that all orders are printed and shipped correctly. If your stickers arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll either reprint your stickers or issue a store credit, depending on the situation.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
Once an order is confirmed and in production, we cannot make changes. However, if you notice an issue or need a change before we begin printing, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate
your request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) | EFT
All payments are processed securely, and we do not store sensitive payment information.
Can I get a refund for custom stickers?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on stickers unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect printing, wrong order). If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
