Welcome to Print Met Erika! By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order with us. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.
1. Services Provided
Print Met Erika offers printing services, including but not limited to the printing of stickers, posters, banners, custom designs, and other printed materials. We also offer design services and related products.
2. Acceptance of Orders
By submitting an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to our approval and acceptance, which may include reviewing the design files, verifying payment, and confirming the delivery details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: All prices are as quoted on our website or through our sales representatives at the time of order placement. Prices may be subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment: Payment for services must be made in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via credit/debit cards, online payment systems, and other methods specified on our website.
VAT: Prices do not include applicable vat unless specified. Print met Erika is NOT VAT registered.
4. Design and Artwork Submission
File Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that the files you submit meet our design specifications. We provide guidelines on our website for file formats, resolution, and other requirements. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your artwork.
Design Services: If you request custom design services, we will provide an initial design based on your specifications. You may request revisions, but additional charges may apply for extensive revisions or extra design work.
Approval: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before printing. Once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for any errors in the final product. Proofs will be sent via email or other methods, and it is your responsibility to approve or request changes.
5. Production and Delivery
Turnaround Time: Estimated turnaround times are provided on our website or during the order process. These times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, production, and shipping factors.
Shipping: We will ship your order to the address you provide. Shipping fees and delivery times will be costed seperately depending on location and urgency. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or inaccurate addresses provided.
Order Delays: While we make every effort to meet our production and delivery deadlines, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including supply chain issues, weather, or shipping carrier delays.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before production begins, but cancellation fees may apply. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible, and you will be responsible for the full cost of the order.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for orders that have been completed and shipped. However, if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements may be provided based on the circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership: You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to the design files you submit. By submitting designs, you grant us a license to use the designs for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
License for Usage: You are responsible for ensuring that any content submitted for printing does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents. You must have the legal right to use all content you submit for printing.
8. Limitations of Liability
No Warranty: We make no warranties or guarantees about the final printed products, including color accuracy, paper quality, and printing results. Slight variations may occur due to the nature of the printing process.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products or services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Prohibited Content
You may not submit or request printing of content that:
Violates any laws or regulations.
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Promotes illegal activities, hate speech, or violence.
Contains offensive, harmful, or defamatory content.
Is obscene, offensive, or discriminatory in nature.
We reserve the right to refuse to print any material that we determine violates these guidelines.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Print met Erika harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our services, including any legal fees related to content you submit for printing.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
13. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.
